Natural Hair Growth Masks: 4 Aloe Vera Recipes You Need To Try Out

Hello lovelies

Today I’ll be talking on hair masks for hair growth. Hair masks are essential for the growth of your hair. Taking care of and treating your hair regularly is very important as that helps to strengthen your hair, accelerate growth and make it shiny and beautiful.

The same way you treat and care for your skin is the same way you need to take care of your hair. I can’t say I’m overly religious with my hair masks (I do slack sometimes), but I do try to do it as much as I can.

I’ll be focusing on Aloe Vera masks in today’s post because I’ve come to know and appreciate the benefits of aloe vera both on the skin and on the hair. So much so that I decided to grow my own to avoid spending money on buying because it’s quite expensive over here. Yes I have my own tiny little aloe Vera farm that my elder brother takes care of because I can’t for the life of me handle a plant. Lol.

I won’t delve into the benefits in this post to avoid it being too long. If you want to know more please do some research on it, I’m sure you’ll get more information than I can give you. Now I’ve used aloe Vera severally on my hair and I can tell you that it works very well. These masks are very effective and focus mainly on hair growth, and the ingredients are easy to procure. All the ingredients are very natural and are very good for the hair. Each has benefits that it contributes to the growth of your hair.

1.

  • 2tbsp aloe vera gel
  • Coconut oil
  • 1tbsp raw organic honey
  • 2-4 drops vitamin e oil

2.

  • Aloe Vera gel
  • Few drops castor oil
  • 1 vitamin e capsule

3.

  • Aloe Vera gel
  • Lemon juice

4.

  • 2tbsp aloe Vera gel
  • Coconut oil
  • 2-4 drops rosemary essential oil

For each recipe, mix all the ingredients together properly and apply on your hair. Cover hair and leave on for 30 minutes to an hour tops and rinse out with water. Do this regularly like once a week or once in two weeks for the best results.

You don’t need to try out all of these masks, you can pick the one you most prefer and try it out.

Remember each of our hair is different and has different needs. What works for others may not work for you, so make sure you know what your hair needs and accepts before trying out any of these recipes to avoid breakage and any other negative results.

Also, please do not expect instant results. These things take time and you’ll need to be consistent in your use of the masks to see positive results.
