Hope you’re all doing great…
So I just got nominated for the Ideal Inspiration Blogger Award by my blogger friend, the very beautiful and talented Ankita Jaiswal. She has a fashion blog where she talks about fashion and beauty, and drops the best tips you can get. Check out her blog here. You’ll absolutely love it.
Thank you so much Ankita. This is my first ever blogger award nomination and I’m really honoured for the nomination. Thank you for this great opportunity.
And now, on to the post and the award
Who is the better teacher in life, success or failure?
For me, I’d say failure is the better teacher. First of all, failure gives you the motivation to try again. And also, whenever you fail, you understand what you’re doing wrong and try a different approach or tactic. Failure teaches you resilience, determination and imbibes in you a never give up attitude. So yes, failure is a better teacher
If you were a pet, what pet would you like to be and why?
If I were a pet, I’d like to be a dog. I don’t know, I guess I’ve always loved dogs and their loyalty towards their owners and families. I also love their ability to understand the feelings and emotions of humans and be best friends. So I’d love to be a dog.
What is that one thing in your life you are grateful for?
I’m most grateful for my family. My parents, siblings and relatives. I know not everyone is lucky enough to have that, so I don’t take it for granted. Even though both my parents are not together, there’s still peace, harmony and mutual respect between them and I’m really grateful for that. And even though we’re not the richest, we have all that we need.
What are the three interesting facts about yourself?
Lol OK, (1) I’m a law student. I know not many people would expect that, but I’m actually studying law and if not for the Covid-19 pandemic, I would be in my final year by now. (2) I wear glasses. Yep. Been battling with myopia and asthenopia ever since I was a child, so glasses are kind of a part of me now. And (3) I love love Chocolates. I love junk food a lot, but you see chocolates, I’m obsessed. I love all kinds of chocolate but my favorite at the moment is Bounty chocolate. It’s a mix of milk and chocolate with coconut fillings in the middle. It’s really sweet and yummy.
How have you been productive (except writing a blog) during this lock down because of COVID-19?
Well, aside from writing my blog, I’ve learned more on graphics designing. I wanted to be able to do all kinds of graphics by myself and not just rely on canva, so I took an online course. I’ve also started writing again. I used to write a lot, but school and blogging kind of took up my time, but now that I have time on my hands, I started writing again. I just dropped the prologue to my book “Pieces Of Hazel” on wattpad. (check it out here)
